Obituary of Conrad Gerard L'Ecuyer
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father Conrad L’Ecuyer.
Conrad passed away peacefully on June 25, 2021 at Linhaven home in St. Catharines, Ontario. Conrad is predeceased by his son Gerry, sister Angel, brothers Adrienne, John and Raymond.
Conrad is survived by his wife of 62 years Theresa, daughters Carmen, Lyn and Lisa, brother Roscoe and many nieces and nephews.
Conrad was passionate about music and rarely passed up an opportunity to sing along like a crooner of days gone by. From Al Martino to Lenny Kravitz he would sing along with a big smile on his face. Conrad loved animals, nature and a nice cold beer. At his core he was very playful and mischievous, he was good natured, enjoyed teasing and possessed a very sharp wit. Conrad was very handy and loved tinkering, creating, repairing. There wasn’t much he couldn’t repair or build and his workmanship was top quality always, reflecting his attention to detail. Conrad worked construction most of his life and was well known for his ability to size up what was needed to complete any job. He rose to any challenge in his field with ease. Conrad seemed very happy and content during the last year of his life. He loved stealing kisses from his wife Theresa and continued to share his sharp sense of humour with those around him. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Donations in his memory can be made to Niagara Action For Animals (NAFA).
In Loving Memory
