My sincere condolences to Connie’s family! I remember her visits at the Tibert house hold when Connie visited her great friend Freda! She was always so fun to listen too! I was surprised she was still in her house on Jarrow!
Richard and I visited to Diana’s many times in the past and would walk by the house! He would always say I wonder if any of the Gormley’s still lived there! I always wanted to go and ask but he wouldn’t let me? I guess I should have anyway! L
I know a war bride here in NSshe is 96. They were amazing ladies!

My condolences to the family in the passing of your mom. Although I hadn’t seen her for years I still have fond memories of Connie. I stayed overnight many times when Hazel and I were children. I still remember her singing in the kitchen. She was a great friend to my mother Freda who passed away in 2002.
